Now that´s what we were talking about.

It seems like a nice ride, I´ve wanted to put front and rear spoiler too but I want it to run it now and leave mods for later, with the 125 cc 5 gear I guess I´ll have time to play with it ;) I can´t wait to run it

Good Job, do you have some videos?

I made some much needed changes to one of my new Racers: The mechanical brake just would not stop it...Changed to a Hyd. system with a master cylinder mounted on the handle bars, Now it will lock up the rear wheels really quick...Got rid of the steering wheel , it didn't feel comfy doing wheelies w/ the steering wheel! I installed a set of BMX style Bars/Grips and Neck...I think it looks better. I rode it about 10 miles today and it feels alot better.:me:

Very nice ride! Good Work!

How do you like the hydraulic brakes? Do they lock up at speed?

Hey Big Cheese, I really think that the only way to go is with a hydraulic brake system. I can lock up the rear tires anytime. Thinking about working on a front brake set up ....So the front can be locked down and do some good burnouts!

Where did you get the master cylinder/hand brake lever? I like that set up, but have only seen it a few times in pictures with no idea where to get it. I have a MCP caliper, just need the mc/lever assy.

Thanks.

kkuenemann, I purchased the master cylinder at American Power Sports, they have everything needed for building BSR's...(www.apskarting.com (http://www.apskarting.com)) part#MCP4000...$52.50....I use their nylon brake line and ferrules...they work great and are easy to install...I also use the nylon brake line for throttle cable housing...If you have any problem bleeding the Hyd.System contact me ...I learned all the secrets...You will be very happy w/the hyd. brakes!
