Ok, hit a road block. Does anyone have 3' of 7/8" pipe? I've looked everywhere and the only thing I can come up with is to buy 20' of it. I have 3/4" but it won't work for my bars. I'll give you a few bucks and pay shipping. The place that I normally buy all my small pieces from doesn't even have any.

Hey Sweav,

I have 7/8" that I use here for my frame kits. Do you actually need 3 feet? I usually cut my handle bars to 21".

PM me if you are interested.

Do you want pipe or tubing?? Pipe is measured from the inside. Tube is measured from the outside...........Terry

I am pretty sure he need tubing because he needs a 7/8" handle bar for his controls and the outside has to be 7/8".

If you don't want a bunch of extra material around. And I'm not sure why you wouldn't but have you thought of going to the local bike shop and pick up a cheap set of metal bars.It might change your design a little but it would work. Just a thought.

Hello, If you want to use Chrome , get a set of Motorcycle 7/8 Drag bars from a Bike Shop. You can get them in different lengths but most are shorter than regular handlebars! Just a thought!!

When I read drag bars I started thinking about all the different things you could use. But I think the coolest (ok mabey most outlandish) would be a barstool with apehangers. I can't even visualize that.

Mikes helping me out on the handle bars. Was going to go with a set of drag bars, kinda goes along with look of it, but they didn't look right and the way they sweep back a bit made it feel funny, so gonig with the straight bar. I'm going to post some pics later this week. Hey Altrego, just wanted to say good luck on deployment, I got out about, DAMN, about 15 years ago, wish I would have stayed in, but enough of that. Just THANKS.
